"Mayo Cancer Support Association” are hosting a Fashion Night in the Harlequin Hotel, Castlebar on Monday next 12th December at 8.00 p.m. Free of charge. This event is open to all whose lives have been affected by cancer and their friends. A night of fun, information and up to date fashion with a monster raffle and great prizes. Fashion consultant Rita Mylett will attend.

Do This in Memory The next session of the ‘Do this in Memory’ programme, for children and families preparing for first Communion will take place at each Mass this coming weekend (17/18 December). The organising group will meet on Tuesday night (13 Dec) in the priest's house in the Neale at 8.00 pm to do the planning.

Sacrament of Penance “Prepare a way for the Lord” is the message of John the Baptist. There will be a Penance Service after Masses next weekend (17/18 Dec) and everyone is invited to take part as our preparation for the Feast of Christmas.
Pastoral Council The December meeting of the Core Group of the Pastoral Council will take place on Wed next (14 Dec) in the priest's house in the Neale at 8.00pm. All members are asked to attend.
Tuam Diocesan Youth Council invites you to join them in walking the Tochar Padraig from Ballintubber to Aughagower on Wednesday Dec 28th. Gathering at Ballintubber Abbey at 10.45am with bus return from Aughagower. Good boots and rain gear essential. Go on, you can do it!
