The 50th International Eucharistic Congress Closing of Advance Bookings Advance bookings for the Congress are open until the 9th of May 2012. After that date all bookings are onsite at the RDS during the week of the Congress.There are three ways to book for the Congress: 1) Book Online on the Congress website www.iec2012.ie/registration 2)Telephone the IEC2012 Booking offices on 01 2981122. 3) Download a paper booking form from the Congress website www.iec2012.ie/registration and send the completed form to CSSL, 3rd Floor, Paradigm House, Dundrum Office Park, Dundrum, Dublin 14. You can book for 7 days, 3 days or single days; as an individual, as a family or as a group. There are also tickets available for the Statio Orbis in Croke Park for anyone registering for a minimum of 3 days plus a contribution of €10. BOOK NOW. Transport Arrangements We encourage pilgrims to use Public Transport to attend the Congress as there will be no parking at the RDS. There will be a set down area at the front of the RDS for pilgrims that are coming in coaches. We invite groups that are coming to the RDS by coach to email coachparking@iec2012.ie and register their coach details, the details of the days that the coach will require parking and the approximate number of pilgrims in the coach as to assist us with our traffic management plan for the Congress.

Your ideas and views on 8 key areas from Housing,Transport,Community Health, Physical Environment and Outdoor Spaces and many other Subjects which will be included in The Age Friendly Strategy For Galway being drawn up by Galway County Council.

East Galway Youth Theatre will run a free taster drama workshop in the Temperance Hall on Sunday the 22nd April from 5pm -7pm. All are welcome between the ages of 14 & 18 and no theatrical experience is required. East Galway Youth Theatre plan to start a programme of workshops in Sept. 2012.
