Ballyhaunis Meet & Train Group Update

The Ballyhaunis Meet & Train Group continue to meet on Saturday Mornings at 9am, both men and women are very welcome. An initiative of the Mayo Sports Partnership & overseen by the Ballyhaunis Chamber it is proving to be very popular and enjoyable. Training starts with a warm up period then breaks into two groups. The First group who prefer the walking aspect of the training and second group following the Fit for Life training tips for jogging/running which hopefully will enable the runners to take park in the Mayo Athletic Club 8K Road Race held in Ballyhaunis on the 24th September.

If anyone would like to join you are welcome to meet us on Saturday mornings at 9am in Friary Field (Ballyhaunis) at the Multi-Purpose Ball Court to what is an excellent start to the day and a chance to meet new people. Registration is just €20 for the year which will cover the insurance. For more information please contact Anne on 0949630311 between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
