TABLE QUIZ
Shamrock Gaels Bord na nOg are holding a fundraising Table Quiz in Des McDonagh's Bar, Heapstown on Saturday, November 19 at 9pm. All proceeds in aid of underage and Ladies football. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

FOLK PARK LUNCH THANK YOU
The Directors of Riverstown Enterprise Development (Sligo) Ltd would like to thank all who attended the Sunday Lunch at the Sligo Folk Park making it a great success and an enjoyable afternoon for all concerned. A special thanks to the staff, spouses, sponsors and volunteers who put in so much work on the day.

CONCERT
Fundraising concert in aid of North West Hospice will take place in Ballysumaghan Church of Ireland, Sooey on Saturday, November 19 at 8pm. Music by Fr James McDonagh & Friends, Strandhill Barbershop Chorus, Rev Alan Synnott and more. Light Refreshments served. Admission €10. Please come and support this worthy cause. TEA DANCE
A fundraising tea dance will be held in the Parish Hall in Collooney (Bingo hall) on Sunday, November 21. Music from 6 to 8.30pm with Christy O’Grady. Admission €5 all proceeds will go towards Collooney development.

RESCHEDULED
Barbie Hits the Big Screen...Take Two! One of the largest Barbie Collections in Ireland, owned by Glenda Taylor, Riverstown will now be shown on Nationwide RTE1 on Monday, November 21 at 7pm. This collection of over 500 dolls consists of rare vintage dolls, as well as many limited and special edition Barbie Dolls.

COOKERY DEMONSTRATION
There will be a Cookery Demonstration with John Kelly from the Riverbank Restaurant in the Morrison Teach Cheoil on Thursday, November 24 at 8.30pm. The evening will begin with a wine and Cheese reception at 8pm. Admission €10.

STORIES OF OLD
John Gurhy is putting together a book on poems and short stories relating to Riverstown and would welcome any submissions before Friday, November 25. So if you have any funny stories about Riverstown contact John on 087 934 3865.

MUSIC SESSION
Riverstown Comhaltas Ceoltoiri Eireann will be holding a traditional music session on in Tommy Mac's on Saturday, November 26. The evening will include a CD launch by Singer Cathal Lynch. All musicians and singers welcome.

SANTATOWN 2011
Riverstown Enterprise Development (Sligo) Ltd would like to announce that the dates for Santatown 2011 have been confirmed and that early booking is essential for what promises to be a great show as the Sligo Folk Park transforms into a Christmas Wonderland. See the Christmas lights display and join in with the carol singers. Watch the elves on stage with the annual Christmas Pantomime and receive a special present from Santa. Dates and show times are as follows: Saturday, December 10, 4pm. Sunday, December 11, 2pm and 4pm. Saturday, December 17, 4pm. Sunday, December 18, 2pm and 5pm.
