Walking for Health Challenge
The Launch of the challenge will be held on Saturday Feb 5th at 11am in Mallow GAA Sports Complex.
Why get involved in a Walking Challenge?
This challenge will see people using the 1mile loop around the Mallow GAA Sports Complex and log their distance/progress over a 3 week period. All information will be available at the Launch on Saturday the 5th of February.
Register on the 5th of February and track your progress over the following 3 weeks. The Challenge is seeking to encouraging people to get out and active for 2011, and what better way to do this than walking.
Be in the Running for some prizes and the first 50 people to register on the morning will receive a free pedometer!!!
